And Printronix has achieved a 60 percent savings in training development time after implementing X.HLP. According to Woo, "Developers can capture screen and enter instructional text directly into the screen. We can test the content immediately, rather than waiting until the week before traditional classroom training to test it in the SAP system. Time saved also includes time spent on preparing the SAP system before each traditional training session, such as refreshing the database or creating new data for training."
