Brian Carlin, who leads Maritz Learning as President, brings two decades of experience in the software development industry. Carlin most recently served as president, CEO and chief technology officer of Librix Learning, a provider of e-learning services and technology that Maritz acquired in October 2001. Since 1995, Carlin has been involved with clients in designing, developing and implementing learning solutions and was the chief architect of the LIBRIX Performance Management System™, a learning management system ranked highly for customer satisfaction in a recent industry study. Prior to his role at Librix, Carlin led Cornerstone Solutions Group, a software company he founded in 1989 that has been recognized for the fourth consecutive year by Deloitte and Touche as one of the 50 fastest growing high-tech companies in the St. Louis region. Carlin's experience also includes several years of serving corporate clients as a network consultant for Digital Equipment Corporation.
