Trade Show Promotion and PR

CLIENT: A UK-based provider of strategy, marketing and sales training that utilizes cutting-edge simulation technology.

CHALLENGE: In anticipation of launching in the US training market, client needed to quickly establish name-recognition with key industry publications as well as maximize booth traffic at a major US training trade show.

OUR SOLUTION:

  • Identified and contacted key editors attending trade show; arranged meetings between editors and client
  • Designed, wrote, printed and mailed post card to pre-registered conference attendees, promoting client's product and booth giveaways

KEY RESULT: Introduced client to editors from key industry publications, including TRAINING Magazine, Human Resource Executive, and Online Learning Magazine and obtained editorial commitments to publish reviews of client's products. Generated quality leads and increased booth traffic with pre-show mailing.
